Okay here it goes.....Just purchased DS4000S Generator,devoid of a wheel kit.Did't take long for me to figure out that an average Joe or Jane just will not be running around with a 100 lb generator without wheels.So I got a set from Amazon.com , the finest on line buying location in my humble opinion. A basic mounting instruction came with it(one page) Now this would be enough if there are no glitches but in my case there was a dilemma, My generator frame was lacking a par of wholes that would mount the left side help leg holes.I particularly ordered this wheel kit to obtain a no predicament no glitch speedy installation. That did not work out, so I had to drill a par of holes on the bottom of the left side. Not quick consume all with a 100 lb generator fueled up.It took me 38 minutes for the full job with the drilling. Not poor but I wasn't to happy about the extra function.If anyone cared I would have a single additional image on that assembly and mounting instruction. And that would be a excellent photo of the completed perform from the bottom of the generator. I believed this would be a fairly straight forward install. For the most component it was, but a single little issue genuinely irked me. The generator has these small rubber "feet" (four total) which need to have to be removed in order for the wheel assembly to be installed. Well, one of the four feet is in such a tight spot that it can't be unscrewed and removed. I actually had to use a knife to cut it down to size in order for the wheel assembly to fit flush against the generator. Other than this little concern, the item is wonderful

Decent develop high-quality, poor design, bad directions. The wheel kit as designed doesn't fit the generator because there are rubber feet on the base of the generator that stop the axle from going on the location where the wheel kit needs them to go. Also, the directions are challenging to follow with illustrations that are in black and white and do not clearly show some methods. I worked around the challenges with this wheel kit so that I was SOMEWHAT able to get it to operate. This company requirements to get its act together concerning the design and directions.
